Choose high quality fuel and lubricants. During the running-in of agricultural vehicles, diesel with higher cetane number and lubricating oil with low viscosity and good quality should be used to improve the lubrication conditions of various parts and prevent the engine from working rough.
Control the speed of the car. The maximum speed of general agricultural vehicles should not exceed 40km/h, and the speed limit device must not be removed.
Control engine operating temperature. When the agricultural vehicle is running in winter, the engine should be preheated to above 40 °C before starting. During driving, the temperature of the cooling water should always be maintained within the range of 75 to 95 °C.
Choose a good road. Agricultural vehicles should not be driven on poor quality roads during the running-in period. Do not climb steep slopes to reduce the vibration and impact of the parts and prevent excessive load.
Do not slam the throttle when starting the engine and parking. Start and accelerate slowly, shift gears in time, try not to use emergency braking.
Strict implementation of the maintenance period of the running-in period. In order to ensure the running-in quality, before the start-in, the whole car should be cleaned, the lubricating oil, grease and special liquid of each part should be inspected and supplemented, and the fasteners of each part should be checked. After driving for 500km, clean the engine lubrication system and the chassis gearbox, and replace the lubricating oil; lubricate the lubrication points of the entire vehicle, check the braking performance and the technical status of the various piping and fasteners, and tighten if necessary. Solid adjustment; tighten the bolts and nuts of the cylinder head and the intake and exhaust pipes, check and adjust the valve clearance.
