The Leybold SV300 vacuum pump has an exhaust filter (also called oil mist separator/exhaust filter cotton core). It is a consumable-type accessory that acts as a separate oil and gas pump in the vacuum pump to prevent vacuum pump oil from accompanying. The exhaust gas is discharged from the pump body of the vacuum pump, and the filtered vacuum pump oil is precipitated and returned to the fuel tank. When the exhaust filter fails, the exhaust filter does not filter, and the vacuum pump oil is discharged along with the exhaust gas. There is white or blue fumes at the exhaust port.

The function of the return pipe is to return the vacuum pump oil from the exhaust filter to the pump body of the vacuum pump. When the pump is unobstructed, the vacuum pump oil can be well returned to the vacuum pump. 1. Regularly replace the vacuum pump oil. According to different working conditions, the replacement time is different. There is no fixed time. Every time you change the vacuum pump oil, you must discharge all the vacuum pump oil. Absolutely eliminate the vacuum pump oil and add it at will. Clean up the fuel tank.

2. Regularly replace the vacuum pump exhaust filter (oil mist separator / exhaust filter cotton core), and must be replaced when there is oil smoke at the exhaust port.
