Jinyu Medical Testing Center (hereinafter referred to as “Golden Field Inspectionâ€) was founded in 1994 and is headquartered in Guangzhou. It is one of the earliest independent medical laboratories in China to obtain the “ Medical Institution License†and one of the enterprises entering the medical testing service field. It is a pioneer in the development of independent medical laboratories in China. After fifteen years of development, “Golden Field Inspection†has established comprehensive testing centers in 19 cities including Guangzhou, Hong Kong and Shanghai. It has developed into a group enterprise based on Guangzhou and radiating modern biotechnology services across the country.

The “Golden Domain Inspection†business is divided into five major departments: medical inspection, health inspection, health examination, clinical trial division, and scientific research services. According to reports, the business volume of medical inspection accounts for 90% of the total business volume, covering pathological examination, clinical examination, molecular diagnosis and other services. More than 1,300 inspection projects have been carried out, providing various testing technical services to more than 11,000 medical institutions and units nationwide, with more than 7.52 million annual specimens. During the visit, it was learned that the “Golden Field Inspection†had a total revenue of nearly RMB 700 million in 2011, and the “Golden Domain Inspection†plan for 2012 was RMB 1.2 billion. The total number of employees in the “Golden Field Inspection†is about 4,000, and there are 1,008 senior technical personnel, including 14 returning scholars, 17 doctors and 110 masters.
As the focus of this visit, the “I want to test†network staff focused on the health inspection laboratory (the following is the “Guard Inspection Laboratoryâ€). The main inspection items of the “Health Inspection Laboratory†cover food, health products, medicines, cosmetics, feed, packaging materials, water quality, environment, antibacterial materials and products, etc., which can be used for microbiological testing, routine physical and chemical testing, nutrition label testing, Heavy metal and trace element testing, health food functional ingredient testing, food additive testing, genetic testing, allergen testing, agricultural and veterinary drug residue testing, feed products and raw materials testing, medical device product testing, biological products/drug testing, occupational disease prevention testing, food Material testing, water quality/environmental testing, hotel hygiene testing, textile and leather testing, and toy testing. At present, there are more than 1,200 projects that can be tested in the laboratory, and 430 certification and accreditation projects. According to Mr. Mao Shanyong, in 2011, the three series of testing of food, health products, medicines and Chinese medicine accounted for 70% of the total health inspection business.
According to reports, the "Guard Inspection Laboratory" operates in strict accordance with the ISO9001:2008 quality management system standards and ISO/IEC17025:2005 and CMA measurement certification and accreditation standards. All testing laboratory inspection procedures are performed in strict accordance with specified standards.
According to Mr. Zhang Yuanzhi, the “Guard Inspection Laboratory†has passed many domestic and international accreditations. Such as the International Quality Certification Co., Ltd. (BVQI) certification (NO.271092-1) and the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) (Lo.L0132), the inspection data is recognized by more than 50 countries around the world; in the country, It has also passed the CAN Metrology Certification (No.2008191651S), and the test report issued has legal effect in China. The Health Inspection Laboratory is also one of the first inspection agencies in the country to obtain the Food Inspection Agency Qualification Certification (CMAf) after the Food Safety Law is promulgated.
