The rotten disease of the country is also known as rot disease. Distributed throughout Henan Province. Harm the seedlings, saplings, and large trees of the scorpions and dragon's claws; often cause branches to dry or dead plants.
There are two types of symptoms of the disease, caused by two pathogens.
The first is the Fusarium rot, which damages the green stems of 2-4 year old seedlings and the green branchlets of big trees. The lesions mostly occur at the excision or necrotic puncta. The lesions are light yellowish-brown at the beginning of the lesion, nearly round, and then expanded. It is a shuttle or ring stem one week long, 1-5cm long, yellowish-brown and rot-like, slightly concave, with distiller's grain taste; after the disease grows on the red conidial piles such as diseased uncircumcised trunk, the disease department can Heal, no recurrence afterwards. If individual lesions are not healed well in the same year, they will spread from the old lesion to the surrounding area in the coming year.
The second is a small hole rot disease, the initial symptoms are similar to the former, but the lesions are slightly lighter in color and have purple-brown edges. The length can reach more than 20cm, and the trunk can be cut around the trunk. Many small lesions grow in the later stages. Black spots are the conidiospores of germs. The diseased part of the disease gradually took off or cracked into ulcers in the late stage. However, there were few healed tissues around the lesion, so there was still a recurrence in the next year.
pathogen
(1) Fusarium tricinctum (corcla) Sacc is a deuteromycete.
(2) Dothiorella gregaria Sacc is a kind of semi-known fungus, Sphaeropsis sp.
The law of incidence
The occurrence of Fusarium rot is earlier than that of the Auricularia type. From early March to the end of April, it was the most prosperous period, with 1-2 cm thick green stems, which could be circumcised by the disease in about half a month, and red conidia in May-June. The lesions stopped expanding. The bacteria mainly invade from the cut-mouth, can also be invaded from broken branches, dead shoots, large green leaf spawn eggs and necrotic skin holes, etc., the incubation period is about a month, with latent infection phenomenon, that is, in summer and autumn invasion Dyed to the onset of the next spring. Individual old lesions can also recur in the following spring. Excessive excision, weakening of the tree vigor is the main condition of the disease. Through anatomical observations, the crude mycelium was found to be latent between dermal pores, leaf scars, and shallow cortical tissue cells. When the degree of expansion of the bark is less than 85%, the ulcer lesions on the tree bar increase sharply, and 60% reach the maximum. If the water loss occurs continuously, the shoots will die. The incubation period of the disease is about 1 month
Prevention
1 When large seedlings are transplanted, they should avoid excessive pruning and pruning, and should be watered in a timely manner to enhance their resistance to disease.
2 In the spring and autumn seasons, the seedlings and fine trees are dried and cut, and Haner pulp or sulphur whitening agent is applied to prevent the bacteria from staining.
3 Cut off the dead branches in time and burn them in a concentrated manner to reduce the sources of pathogenic bacteria.
4 Where there is a serious area of floating dust, pest control shall be promptly implemented to reduce the hazard. On the path of serious forest trees can be sprayed 40% aluminum phosphate, 40% carbendazim suspension 200-300 times liquid.
