The portable power-specific chromatograph temperature control circuit is almost always controlled by an open-loop reference method. The temperature control range is mostly between 60 ° C and 400 ° C. The faults generated by the vaporization room temperature control part are: 1 the vaporization chamber does not heat up; 2 the vaporization chamber temperature is out of control; 3 the vaporization chamber temperature rises not high; 4 the vaporization chamber temperature fluctuation is too large.

1 vaporization chamber does not heat up

After the power supply is supplied to the temperature control unit of the chromatograph, the vaporization chamber heating switch is turned on, and the vaporization temperature is set as required. The temperature of the vaporization chamber should reach the required temperature value in about 30 minutes. If the vaporization chamber cannot be heated during this time, Or if there is a slight temperature rise due to the influence of the column chamber, it can be determined that the vaporization chamber does not heat up.

The reasons why the vaporization chamber does not heat up are as follows: 1 short circuit of the power fuse; 2 burned by the ferrochrome core; 3 damaged by the thyristor; 4 bad contact of the switch; 5 full bridge damage; 6 trigger circuit fault; 7 power transformer secondary Open circuit; 8 pulse transformer secondary open circuit.

2 vaporization chamber temperature is out of control

When the portable power-specific chromatograph is normal, the vaporization chamber temperature should be adjusted according to the set value and raised and lowered. If the vaporization chamber temperature is always raised to the highest temperature and is not controlled by the vaporization chamber setpoint, then the vaporization chamber temperature is out of control failure.

The reasons for the temperature loss of the vaporization chamber are as follows: 1 breakdown between the thyristor and the anode; 2 heating wire or heating lead colliding with the casing; 3 leakage transformer primary coil leakage; 4 single-connector circuit self-triggering.

3 The temperature of the vaporization chamber is not high and the fluctuation is large.

Under normal conditions, the vaporization chamber temperature can be up to 300 °C. If the vaporization temperature fails to reach this standard, it is considered that there is a failure that the vaporization temperature does not rise.

The main cause of the low vaporization temperature rise is the heating of the ferrochrome core.
