1. First loosen the nut 1 and then adjust the screw 2 so that the position of the lower fixing rod changes accordingly. Therefore, the push-pull length of the syringe is also changed to achieve the purpose of free adjustment of the dispensing amount. The screw 2 is adjusted clockwise to increment, and vice versa, where the pointer is indicated. Use 5ml needle tube to see the side marked with 5ml, use 10ml needle tube to see the side marked with 10ml, 20, 100, 500 type directly look at the ruler and pointer quantitative, but due to the different thickness of each needle tube, the actual dispensing volume has error, with the needle tube scale as Quasi-can also use the amount of the cup at the beginning of the dispensing.
2. Immediately after adjustment, the nut 1 is tightened, so that the lower fixing rod and the crank are firmly fixed.
3. Loosen the nut 1, and determine the correct position of the upper fixing rod 2 according to the push-pull length of different syringes. After the lower fixed rod is adjusted, turn the crank to turn the syringe to the top dead center, then lift the outer sleeve of the syringe upward by about 2mm to avoid smashing the needle tube, and then tighten the nut 1 before starting.
4. After the machine is assembled correctly, the switch is turned on. When the machine is working, the pump is driven by the crank to pull down the liquid, adjust the speed knob, select the appropriate dispensing speed, start normal operation, adjust the governor knob, and the clockwise dispensing speed is fast. On the contrary, the speed is slow.
500ml model installation and use
1. Align the upper and lower round holes of the 500ml special stainless steel filling system with the upper fixing rod 1, the lower fixing rod 2, and put it on the bearing, and make the outer end surface and the bearing surface level, and tighten the two setscrews.
2. Look at the ruler 1, the pointer 2 is quantitative, then tighten the upper and lower fixing rods to tighten the nut 3 and tighten.
3. Connect the water supply nozzle 1 and the valve connection nozzle 2 of the filling system with a short hose. The inlet pipe is connected to the water inlet 3, and the stainless steel countersunk head is connected to the other end of the liquid pipe to be placed in the liquid to be charged. The liquid outlet pipe is connected to the water outlet 4, and in order to prevent the liquid discharge pipe from being entangled, the water outlet pipe is caught in the side ear socket of the casing.
4. Turn on the main power switch and adjust the governor knob to achieve the filling speed you need. Note: The speed should be slower when filling large capacity, and can be adjusted appropriately when small capacity is used.
