Typical application area
Bisphenol A, also known as BPA, is industrially used to synthesize materials such as polycarbonate (PC) and epoxy resins. Sample pretreatment
Weigh 5g of plastic sample, cut it into small pieces of 5 × 5mm, place it in a 250mL flask, add 100mL of methanol, ultrasonically extract at 50 °C for 2h, filter into 250mL chicken heart bottle, spin to dry, use 5mL The water vortex elutes and is to be purified.
Sample concentration and purification
SPE column: C18 500mg/3mL
Activation, balance: 10mL methanol, 10mL water activated in sequence
Loading: Add the liquid to be purified when the water reaches the upper sieve of the small column.
Leaching: 6 mL of water and 10 mL of 30% aqueous methanol were used to rinse the column in turn, and the effluent was discarded.
Elution: 6 mL of 50% aqueous acetonitrile was eluted and the eluent was collected.
The eluate was blown to near dryness at 50 ° C with a nitrogen blower, 1 mL of mobile phase was dissolved, and analyzed by HPLC (high performance liquid chromatography).
