4. Please be aware that once the odor is generated, please cut off the power immediately and turn off the acetylene cylinder total valve. Insert the air pipe of the air compressor into the gas pipe and apply soapy water to check whether the gas pipe joints are leaking. In particular, check whether the explosion-proof plug at the rear of the atomization cylinder is sealed and never ignite in the event of air leakage. Operation, otherwise it is prone to tempering explosion!
5. Check whether the waste pipe is well sealed before each ignition; confirm that the water seal is correct before starting the ignition.
6. Be sure to use high quality genuine acetylene special pressure reducing valve and equipped with anti-tempering device.
7. Place the acetylene cylinder in a room adjacent to the instrument room, keep the air flowing, and have a fireproof sign!
8. The outlet pressure of the acetylene pressure reducing valve is 0.07MPa, which cannot be greater than 0.1MPa, and the air outlet pressure is 0.25-0.3MPa ( Note: the ignition test cannot be performed by using oxygen instead of air ) . Replace the new bottle when the cylinder pressure shows less than 0.3 MPa.
9. It is strictly forbidden to store open flames or overheated hot objects near the acetylene source! The acetylene gas source should not be placed with the oxidizing gas source!
10. The discharged waste liquid should be dumped in time or with the local environmental protection department!
11. In daily work, always check whether the connection between the acetylene cylinder and the pressure reducing valve is firm and leak-free!
12. Regularly check the connection ports for leaks.
13. Pay attention to the ignition and ignition sequence (first open the air and then turn on the acetylene ignition, first turn off the acetylene and then turn off the air to extinguish). The operator must not leave after ignition! When the instrument is not used on the day, please burn the remaining gas in the acetylene pipeline, that is, directly switch off the acetylene main switch and then control the air!
14. Do not plug or unplug the data cable with power.
15. Anyone who operates the instrument should undergo the above safety training.
16. The instrument with graphite furnace must pay attention to the safety of electricity. Because it will use 380V (3 fire wires, one ground wire) power, it will generate a large current instantaneously when heating, so when the graphite furnace is in working state, do not Directly touch the part of the furnace to avoid danger. Observe the total pressure of argon (protective gas) and the flow of the internal gas flow meter at any time during the experiment to ensure the long-term use of the graphite tube and the accuracy and consistency of the experiment.
