Hydraulic automatic tumbler feeding machine

Huabang mechanical hydraulic automatic feeding machine is used with vacuum tumbler, hydraulic lifting, automatic feeding, reducing labor intensity and improving work efficiency. The whole is made of food grade stainless steel, which meets the national food processing safety standards.

Rolling machine hydraulic feeder operating procedures and precautions:

1. The automatic feeding machine adopts 380v three-phase four-wire wiring method. After turning on the power, jog the “up” and “down” keys to observe the running direction of the equipment. If the power supply is reversed in one direction, the power supply needs to be turned off. Any two power cables above the air switch in the distribution box can be exchanged.

2. The loading machine is equipped with a positioning square tube device. When loading into the roller of the tumbler, the feeding port of the feeding machine is oriented toward the inlet of the tumbler, and the positioning square tube is lowered to push the feeding machine forward. The tube positioning device is just stuck on the front leg of the tumbler. After setting the position, press the loading machine universal wheel brake (located at the universal wheel at the rear of the bottom of the loading frame body) to prevent the loading machine from sliding when loading! Turn on the power and fix the feeder. Turn the roller of the tumbler to the proper position to start the operation and automatic feeding.

3. Avoid placing someone in the lower part of the hopper when loading.

4. The loading of the dumping cart of the loading machine is prohibitively more than 2/3 of the volume of the hopper.

5. It is forbidden to disassemble the hydraulic station protective cover when working. It is necessary to check the hydraulic oil level regularly for three to six months. If it is lower than the window 2/3, it is necessary to add hydraulic oil in time.

Special Note: When lifting or lowering, the operator should concentrate and stop the operation at the appropriate position (release the button) to avoid equipment failure.
