1. The vibration is not ideal and the voltage is adjusted.

2. The reed screws are loose and the screws are tightened.

3. The capsule shell is arranged in the table, the mouth is high or low, and the height of the misaligned plate and the guide rail are adjusted.

4, the capsule shell is too much down (more than 3%), the vibrator is not properly adjusted, due to the adjustment of the appropriate voltage or the size of the capsule shell is not in accordance with the specifications, the qualified capsule shell is selected.

5. The capsule shell cannot be dropped on the platen, replace the capsule shell or adjust the position of the misaligned plate and the platen hole.

6. The mold cannot be reset in the track, and the rear end of the guide rail is stuck or the capsule is stuck. Reinstall the spring or ejector pin and push the plunger to push the capsule down.

7. The guide plate in the mold is worn, which affects the low casing fitting rate. Replace the new mold or loose the positioning on both sides, tighten the positioning nail, change the capsule or wet, and replace the capsule shell.
