Second, the quality (material) balance in the drying process to maintain a constant value of the amount of dry air in the wet air flow, and the quality of the dry material into and out of the dryer. The moisture content is equal due to entering and exiting the continuous dryer.
Third, the mesh belt dryer process components:

4. In the second stage, the enthalpy of the air remains unchanged, and the moisture in the material in the dryer vaporizes until the air is cooled to a predetermined exhaust temperature.
5. Continuous dryer for partial exhaust gas recirculation The flow rate of the inlet air is mixed with some of the exhaust gas.
6. Closed-circulating dryer: When the moisture is to be recovered or an expensive inert gas is used, closed cycle drying is used.
