Fruit tree rapid breeding method
Some fine varieties need to accelerate development, and our previous fruit tree nursery needs two years. Using the method of rapid fruit tree nursery, the growing of rootstock, grafting and scion can be completed within one year so that it can be planted after autumn. This kind of method of raising seedlings is also called “Sandy†method. The technical points are as follows:
1. In the greenhouse or plastic greenhouses, early nursery rootstock seedlings are first filled with nutritive soil, and the nutrient soil in the nutritional bowl is thoroughly drenched in water one day before sowing. The treated seeds were planted in a nutrient solution. One seed was planted in each nutrient solution, and then a plastic film was placed on the nutrient solution. After the seeds are sprouted, the plastic film is removed. After the earth is rejuvenated and frost is frozen, it will be moved into the field to strengthen field management, so that the seedlings will quickly grow into strong seedlings.
2. Grasping grafting time and grafting methods are generally chopped in chopped rootstocks in June, and the scion shoots have been more substantial. Grafting method can use "D" shaped bud connection method. When done, leave 2 leaves on the top of the rootstock interface. The leaves below the interface are reserved. In this way, on the one hand, the growth of the rootstock is controlled, the sprouting growth is promoted, and on the other hand, the nutrient of the rootstock leaves is maintained, which is beneficial to the healing of the wound. After the buds are germinated, the rootstocks on the upper part of the buds are cut off and the buds of the rootstocks are wiped off so that the nutrients absorbed by the roots are concentrated on the scions. After summer and autumn growth, seedlings can grow to more than 50 cm, and well-managed ones can grow to about 1 meter, reaching the standard for nursery stocks.
