Instructions for use:

1. Place the incubator on a flat and solid ground and adjust the two supporting screws at the lower end of the box to make the box stable.

2. Plug in the power socket (the power supply should be well grounded ) , press the “power switch”, the display will be on. At this time, the display shows the actual temperature and working time in the incubator room.

3. Time setting: The time setting includes the setting of “minute” and “hour”. Press the “ SET ” setting button. When the decimal point of the “minute” digital tube display position is lit, enter the “minute” setting state, and then press the “▲” or “▼” button to confirm the “incubation of the incubator”. Minute time ( zui is 59 minutes long ) ; press the “ SET ” button again. When the decimal point in the lower right corner of the “hour” digital tube display position is lit, the “hour” setting state is entered, and then press “▲” or “▼”. 4. Temperature setting: press the “ SET ” button. When the decimal point in the lower right corner of a digital tube is illuminated after the temperature is displayed, enter the temperature setting state, and then press the “▲” or “▼” button to confirm the incubator. Set the temperature this time (the set temperature range is 5 °C ~ 50 °C ) . When the above steps 3 and 4 are completed, press the “ ENTER ” confirmation button to confirm the current working time of the incubator and the operating temperature ( set temperature ) in the incubator . Note: After the temperature setting is confirmed, the temperature cannot be set back and forth frequently, so as to avoid frequent compressor starting, causing overload of the compressor and affecting the service life of the compressor.

5. To view the working time and temperature set by the incubator this time, press the “ SET ” button, the display panel will display the set time and temperature, and then press the “ ENTER ” button, the display value of the incubator will be restored. Go to the original working state.

6. If the lighting needs to be illuminated in the incubator, press the “lighting switch”; if there is no need for lighting in the box, the lighting switch on the panel should be placed in the “off” position to avoid affecting the upper temperature.

Precautions and maintenance:

1. Care must be taken when handling. The angle between the cabinet and the horizontal plane must not be less than 60 °.

2. When the temperature is low, there will be condensed water in the incubator. The water in the water tray at the bottom of the tank should be drained regularly. Clinical laboratory

4. When the incubator is out of service, unplug the power cord.

5 , the distance between the incubator and the wall should be greater than 10cm to ensure good cooling of the refrigeration system.

6. The room should be dry, well ventilated, and the relative humidity should be kept below 85% . There should be no corrosive substances, so avoid direct sunlight on the incubator.

7. The power supply must have a reliable ground wire to ensure reliable contact between the ground wire of the incubator and the ground power of the network power source to prevent leakage or accidental damage caused by the power supply.
