Fourth, harvest and sell
Eight to ten days after sowing, the cotyledon buds are green, the hypocotyls have been as long as 3.5-4 cm, and the white stems of the hypocotyls are about 1 mm thick. The cotyledons are sufficiently enlarged and flattened, and the young seedlings can be harvested when they are tender. When harvesting, the seedlings are uprooted, packed in small boxes or sold in whole trays. The general yield is 7-8 times the seed weight.
